If I change employer, do I need to prepare the whole set of I-485 documentation for the new company & hand it to the VO upon the interview?

Or not necessary? Would you please advise what doc. do I need to present?
- an employment letter from current employer, which proves you are still working in similar field, if you are asked

Also, do I need to fill out 485 form again?
