I entered USA using TN and then changed to H1b. Before that I entered into USA using Chinese passport with J Visa. Therefore, I do not have any visa on my current passport since my last entery to USA instead of I-94. So, how to file Noimmigrant Visa Number, date visa was issued and consulate? should i put old J 1 visa in my Chinese Passport on these colums? if not, what should I file?
