EB3 485 File 180 天之內被 Layoff，是不是就徹底沒戲了？

EB3 140 Approved, 上星期剛把 485 寄出去，H-1 第七年明年 7 月到期。
今天公司宣布裁員，第一輪僥幸躲過去了，但看來凶多吉少，要從現在開始熬夠 180 天可能性很小。

請教兔姐和各位專家，如果 180 天之內被裁掉，485 是不是就徹底沒戲了？
如果在 180 天之內被裁掉，我還可不可以轉 H-1 到別的公司接著辦 PERM?
如果現在的公司不撤消 140，我在 180 天之內轉 H-1 到別的公司，剛寄出去的 485 是不是 100% 會被拒掉？
