綠卡寄丟了，我可以去LOCAL的ASC蓋章嗎

After filing an I-90 application using Reason Code "a" My authorized card was lost, stolen or destroyed, go to your local Application Support Center or the District or Sub-Office with jurisdiction over where you live with a copy of your Permanent Resident Card and your Confirmation Receipt notice or receipt issued by the USCIS (Form I-797) and your country's passport and you will be given temporary evidence of permanent residence (a stamp in your passport). If you do not have a copy of your Permanent Resident Card, please bring government-issued photo identification such as a passport, state-issued driver's license, state-issued identification card, or U.S. military-issued identification card.

根據上麵的一段話，我可以去LOCAL的ASC蓋章，有沒有人在LOCAL的ASC蓋過章？還是非得去INFOPASS的地方去蓋章？
