Thanks for 天平上的貓 and Pjiang teacher, my case was approved in TSC,but I live in Illinois, which should belong to NSC,do I need to submit to NSC? I read the 140 approval notice, it is said the filling of 485 should be sent to this service center(which I think should be TSC, right?)

I am really confused about this. The 485 should be submitted to the center based on where the 140 was approved or where we live?
