Question for Medical examination

想趕在7/31之前concurrent file I140 and I485. 已經預約了7/25的medical examination.可是report要在8/13出來。律師建議讓civil surgeon寫一封sealed letter with indication of medical exam completion date and lab report available date. -- 請問，這樣就可以concurrently file I140 and I485了嗎？謝謝
