485 TSC 1-800 電話好像沒有representative 服務了

剛剛CALL 1-800-375-5283

select 1—select 2—select 2—select 6—select 1—enter your SRC number

as soon as my SRC number inputed, only following options available:

1: correct number;

2. incorrect number;

3. go back mainmenu;

after I select No1., I was told same stauts info as what on USCIS website.

No any TSC representative I can talk on the phone;

what's going on ?? any help?
