Qs for Xiaobaitu and Pjiang Lao Shi, thanks in advance!

My AP and EAD haven't expired yet until November this year, is it okay for me to re-new them now because I don't want to re-new after the application fee increase? Second Q: can I re-new them aftre the I-94 date expired?
