我有作為主申請人已交了NIW 140， 我和我LG的485 也交了，我LG準備交一份EB 1，在140表上一項問：Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person? , 我LG 隨我交的485算嗎？
- yes, because he filed I-485.

還是隻包括140 petition?
- if you file I-140, and he does not file I-485 on you. His answer is "no" on his I-140.
