問小白兔, pjiang 老師, 及各位大俠一個關於現在就direct filing的問題

我在MA， 30號都歸TSC. 但如果根據下麵uscis的話: "USCIS will accept Forms I-129F, I-131, I-140, I-360, I-485, I-765 and I-907 filed with the new “Direct Filing” location in advance of the July 30, 2007 effective date, that are otherwise properly filed." 我是不是現在就可以concurrent file 140, 485,765,131到TSC了呢？ 隻要其它的都對(that are otherwise properly filed)。

另外我還是pay old fee if I send out before 30th, for example 27 on Friday? 對吧？ 是以送出的時間，不是他們收到的時間為準吧？

USCIS網上也給了concurrent file 140/485的address effective on July 30：(貼子最後）。 那我這周concurrent fiel 140 and 485 with old fee 送到TSC可以嗎？ 能給解答一下嗎？萬分感謝!
