Can I include my son in my I-485 application if he no visa?

My son is now in Canada, a canadian citizen, 20 y old. He has no US visa.

- Can I include my son in my I-485 application in such case?

- If my son's I-485 is rejected, will whole family's application also be rejected or my son's case will not affect on other family member?
