I want to include my son in my I-485 petition, but he do not have a US visa.
[A] If your son is born here in US, he does not need an I-485

- Can I include my son in my I-485 application in such case?
[A] Yes

- if my son's I-485 is rejected, will whole family's
application also be rejected or my son's case will not affect other family member?
[A] No affect to other application
