請教Xiaobaitu, Pjiang and the same experience people: 485 RFE lost

I got my first RFE and response on May. Then at the last week of May, I got another RFE email notice. But, so far both my attorney and me didn't get it. In the meaning time, we called USCIS three times. My attorney wrote a letter to them this week. May question is:

1. My attorney said, USCIS only response the letter once a month. so when can I get the new one?

2. If we didn't get the RFE letter within 90 days, will my I-485 be denied?

3. I am changing my employer now. Is it dangerous? Is there any effect on my I-485?

So, what should I do? Thanks a lot in advance for your help
