遞交485後何時可離境(急問，母病，急需回中國!)

本人h4,預計下周與老公(H1B)共同遞交140和485。今天突然得知母親在中國國內遇車禍，需動大手術。請問在遞交485後什麽時候可以離開美國？如果因為離開美國導致此次485申請無效，以後是否可以補交另外的申請？請各位高人指點，謝謝！

我是準備就算綠卡不要了，也要回家看媽媽！
