請教:我的140剛送出,現在遞485,會不會影響國內老婆的來美簽證?

我現在是第二個H1B,6月初剛剛送出了I140,現在大家都說應該趕快遞I485,可是我的老婆在中國,還沒有簽證,如果我現在遞I485,會不會影響老婆來美的簽證.如果誰能指教,十分感謝.
