急需指教，請大師們幫忙：

1，傳統EB3，recruitment已經結束，recruitment report也已經遞上去了。請問大概需要多長時間才能拿到Labor certificate？這個過程有沒有可能加快？比如打電話催促或者多交一些費用？

2，如果想要同時遞交I-140和485，是需要在7/30以前，還是在8/17以前？
