xiaobaitu 和各位大俠,我和我老公不同時遞485，行嗎?

我老公準備同時file140/485，我因為現在是F-1身份，我想等他的140批了以後再遞485。我不知道這樣可行不可行? 因為485 的說明上寫得如果不一起遞的話，隻能等到主申請人485批了以後，配偶隻有等到親屬移民的排期到呢，才能再遞。(現在的排期是2002年)。。。。
