我能file 485嗎

因為人在國內，2月份140批下來後要求了consulate processing.帶上了在美國的LP.7月份這麽一鬧，大家都進去了，我估計我的排期得等到猴年了。好在LP的140也批了，急匆匆跑回來，打算跟著LP file 485，趕上這撥鹹帶魚。 各位大俠，我這種情況能file 485嗎？不勝感激賜教咯！
