關於name check

Went to infopass and was told my name check still pending.

Submitted in 9/05, NSC, NIW;

Does anyone hear that someone was told name check pending firstly, then cleared later?> How long usually will take between this? I know somebody can last 5-8 years, I just want to know the average.
