給CUSTOME SERVICE 打電話,6o nei書麵通知是什麽?

今天打電話, 一個女的很耐心聽了我的情況後,記下了名字,出生日期, 和地址,還給了一個reference number, 說是在60天內收不到書麵通知,再給他們去電話. 我不知道這個書麵通知是什麽?是custome service 給一個記錄,還是會給一結果. 大家遇到類似情況嗎?
