AP: Little Rabbit & Teacher pJiang, please advice!

I'm planning to apply for advance parole.and found my I-94 will be expired on 4th Oct 07. does it mean I must leave US befoe this date? or it's fine, b/c my status is AOS(adjustment of status,485 pending). or I can leave US prior to 4Nov to get new I-94 when I'm back. I'm not sure.
