我怎樣才能在20天內拿到新的H-1B VISA stamp

下個月要去singapore出差. 原本以為去北京或上海可以當天拿簽證.(Last H-1B expired 2 month ago). 我怎樣才能在20天內拿到新的H-1B VISA stamp, 並申請SINGAPORE簽證?
