what is problem if I apply 485 for spouse at B2, noe she is in C

I hold H1 visa in USA and I was at 140 approved for 6 months, I will submitted 485 recently. My question is whether I need to submit 485 for my wife. If so, If I should file I-131 AP for her who will still be going to stay China for couple years but B2 is available until 12/15/07.

She traveled between China and USA, most time he stays in China. Using B2 visa with multiple entries in Guangzhou (the visa officer think B2 is more convenient for him) She had been using B2 since then.
Specially, in form 485, There is nothing to say B2 cannot filing 485, and If I need to file 824 form for reason of her resident outside USA

I have the following concerns:
0. The address in 485 form still is filled in my US address? Or her Chinese address, she still use her last I94 number even she’s got to return the I94 as she left this month
1. We don’t think we should apply AP for her since she already leave USA on July 15 and she has to come back in two-four month??? It may takes long time for us to get AP. That is why it may not be wise to apply AP now?????
2. However, can he use his B2 visa again after his 485 application? Or, Should he be able to obtain H4 visa in Guangzhou after the 485 application?
3. After the 485 application, is there any requirement how long he should stay in USA each year?
4. can he leave without receiving 485 receipt?

I just could not get hold of any lawyer to answer my question, they are just too busy
