if the w-2 (and pay stubs) indicate that the current salary is greater than the prevailing wage for an average accountant, you should be fine. If you get RFE, you have to work with the owner, for the company tax return. This is private information and sometimes the owner may not want to cooperate or may give you a hard time. Good luck.
