Erroneous I-140 approval email

I filed I-140 premium processing on 6/26 and my lawyer received an approval email from USCIS the same day saying my I-140 had been approved. However when I checked my case status online today, it was still listed as "request premium process". I was confused and called TSC. The agent there checked my case in the system and told me that my case was NOT approved and was still in processing.
I contacted my lawyer and she said the USCIS has informed them that there was a glitch in the system that some I-140 approval emails were not correct and should be discarded.
My case has already passed the 15 day processing time. My lawyer sent two inquires but no response. No refund either. Anyone has similar experience recently?
