錢交多了，移民局不會把我的材料退回來吧？

我發現7月底寄140很讓人困惑啊。比如我在30號前寄，30號到。我準備按漲價後的錢付，但是可不可能會這樣呢？ 假設一下：
如果我按漲價後的錢付，但是移民局認為我在30號前寄的，應該按以前的費用付，他們不會把我的材料退回來吧？有這種可能性嗎？
