I did all the stuffs by myself. I checked with several lawyers at that time and was told OK to file 485 with DOS letter only. It was very weird for my case. My friends got the i612 approval notice 1 week right after DOS letter was recieved. But my case lasted almost 2 years.

Could I mention inefficiency of USCIS and the delay for RFE? If so why they issue EADs and AP to me? I am confused!!!
