after submit 485, when can I leave USA?

I understand I must be physical in USA when I submit 485, after submiiting when I can travel to other country?

1.I can leave USA after I get receipt.
2.Or I can leave after the document delievered to USCIS.
3. Or I can leave after I post the document at Fedex location
4. Others?
