J1 waiver pending, 遞485會被reject嗎？唉，急呀！

跟律師商量能否先遞上去，然後CIS的RFE來了的話，估計waiver也就下來了，但他死活不給遞，說必須有DOS的推薦信以後才行。
所以呢，就想自己試試，大不了給CIS做貢獻了，不過也真是心裏沒底，不知是否真的連RFE都不要，直接就被reject？
有哪位有此經驗的XDJM幫忙指點指點？不勝感激！
