我是H1, EB2, 485 Pending, 今年8月份回國結婚, 準備給我太太遞485,有幾個問題想向你請教一下:

1. 準本給她file CP, 請問具體如何操作?

you have to file i-824 AFTER you get 485 approval. then guangzhou consulate knows your 485 is approved in order to process

2. 如果file 了CP,在等待期間, 還能給她申請H4來美嗎? 因為申請了移民簽證,好像就不能申請非移民簽證了?
no problem for her h4 stamping as long as you 485 is pending
