I am in TN. one lawyer said, I have to tranfer to H4 and wait for my EAD. the risk is : I will stay at home for a year

another lawyer said, I can renew my TN now, and file 485 with my hu*****and, but the risk is : my 485 might get denied

Now I am looking for 3rd way, apply H-1b in Apr 08, and file 485 in Oct 08. will it work?
