I saw your reply below. for my case, H-1B approval notice not included in the 485 filing package.
My hu*****and filed as my derivative, his I-20, H-B approval were not included in the filing package either. only required forms, copy of visa and I-94.
will this cause any trouble?
any feedback is highly appreciated.
