請教 Form 751 missing evidence 的有關問題！謝謝在先！

I have filed my 751 in the begining of June and got the receipe and did my finger prints. And I just realized that I made a mistake without providing any evidence of the relationship.

Should I go ahead and put all the evidence together and send to them, How should I let them know that what is the package for? or I should wait till they ask .....?
