請教 renewal EAD 的有關問題！謝謝在先！

我現在是485pending,正填表renewal EAD,其中iterm“14”：“manner of Last Entry(Visitor,student,etc.)”,而我目前應屬於“ adjustment of status”，我應如何填寫呢？謝謝！
