我好倒黴！ f1 不小心expires!

明明一般博士班都是五年為什麽 ， 我的 I20上是三年。我在一個phd program 這才第三年。 五月三十一號 F1 expired 因為我疏忽了 延期i20！！！

現在要重新交材料到 DHS reinstate my F1 status !!!
Question:

I have a family based 485 已經麵試過有一個月了。
我遞交f1 extension 給homeland security 會有矛盾嗎？
如果我幹脆申請工作許可（485 based) 哪？
要多長時間？ 工作許可在上學期間其實也可以用來拿assistantship 吧？

我實在是需要幫助。 多謝啦
