My Mom's B-2 visa was rejected this January (but she has been to the US 6 times before and always return on time). I guess the reason she was rejected is she was here for 11 months between 2005-2006 and only stayed in Beijing for 5 months then they applied again, because the only question the VO ask her was 'how long were you in the US during the last three years'. many thanks for your answers.
