關於485遞交到TSC還是NSC的問題

我的140在NSC pending，從壇子裏的討論來看，我可以按轄區把485材料寄到TSC，但是我的律師耽心如果寄錯了，被TSC check 之後退回，可能已經過了8月17日的deadline了，就喪失了這次遞交485的機會。各位對我的律師的看法有何見教，恭請明示。
