Urgent! Please HELP! Question about TN visa and 140.

My hu*****and has filed 140 one or two week ago. I didn't do anything. Now I need go to get a new TN visa in the border. Are there any risks for me? Is that possible that they won't let me come back into the USA? I have a valid TN but want to change to another company, is that possible that my new TN visa will be refused since my hu*****and filed 140?
