visa interview, help!!

I just make an interview appointment to apply for H1B visa at Guangzhou. Should I cancel it if I can not go at that day? Any information or advice are highly appreciated. Also, to apply for a H1B visa, I only need to fill out DS156 and DS157 forms, right?
