HELP: what does the email from USCIS mean?

Dear all,

I got a reply from USCIS regarding my I-485 today:

"It appears your case is under review with an officer.."

What does this mean? Does that mean an officer has already been assigned to review my case?

FYI, my 140/485 were filed to VSC in 05/2005, 140 approved in 01/2006, 485 transferred to TSC in 03/2007. 2nd FP in 05/2007.
