xiaobaitu, pjiang and radiology, 天平上的貓,please help me!

The PD of my NIW is 06/2006, and the PD of my EB1b is 04/2007. Both cases (140) were approved. I submitted my 485 (with my Eb1b 140 approval notice) in 05/2007. How can I carry the PD of my EB1b to the PD of my NIW? Appreciate if you can tell me the details.
