請問：Disaster Food Stamps 算不算public assiatance?

大家好，我們在2005年颶風期間因為損失，申請了Disaster Food Stamps Program，我們得到了$399. 這算不算public assistance?
對於 485表 part 3,No 6: Have you received public assistance in the United States from any source, including the United States government or any state,county, city or municipality (other than emergency medical treatment), or are you likely to receive public assistance in thefuture?

我是填yes 還是填 no 呢？
