婚姻綠卡通常要等幾年？

請教各位，婚姻綠卡通常要等幾年？
我與先生（公民）與2005年初結婚，
2005年：
5月12 遞交I-485, I-130, 以及-765
6月17打指摸 ，
7月20接到工卡，及回美證
10月20 麵談，被告知有可能會於一周（有時或兩年內）接到綠卡，
此後音信全無，直到2007年初在此被通知
於2 月21 二次打指摸
因本人搬家到另外一州資料被在此審核後
於5 月29 二次麵談， 被告知移民局已批準我的申請，應予一周或一月內接到正式綠卡。如今homeland security 來信，本人案件還是pending,沒有批準，全因FBIname check.
望有此經驗的人士指點迷津。
