找你們Payroll,填Form843, for years 1, and 2. 他們會另外給你寫封信,是給IRS看的,大致內容是
Dear XXX,
We understand that you want to ask for a redfund of Social Security tax and Medicare tax. Because the tax return file time was over, we are pleased to show the IRS you are qulify for the asked refund of $2345 for year 2004.
