Most of my friends are not approved yet, even EB1 from late 2004 and early 2005. It seems to me (from my surroundings) that several factors delay our NC. 1) popular names; 2) VIPs in China (too many titles and/or possitions); 3) military institution graduates, and so on. May not be right. I'm not that expert as all of you guys here.
