Thank you so much for the answers.

I do not have two LC now. I only have have my RIR and PERM approved. RIR is submitted one year earlier than PERM. PERM is approved last year, and I submitted I140 based on PERM alreaday.

MY RIR is approved last month. I am wondering, If I file I140 again based on my RIR, can I get an earlier prioirty date?
