Don't worry about so much as mistake has been made by your lawyer, and you have opportunity to resubmit your case again. It is expected to take longer time to receive receipt (1-2 months) because july case will not be processed until today.
For your hu*****and just go ahead for FP. There is no harm for his case although his case is dependent on yours.
