Already concurrently filed I-140 and I-485. Now got another certified LC with a much better priority date.
3 options for the next step:
1. Just file an I-140 based on the better LC. Once it's approved, substitute it for the one in the existing concurrent filings.
2. Keep the existing I-140 and I-485, and also use the better LC to concurrently file another I-140 and I-485. Can you have more than 1 I-485 petition with USCIS at the same time?
3. Cancel the existing I-140 and I-485, and only use the better LC to concurrently file another I-140 and I-485.
Pros and cons of each option? Which one makes most sense? THANK YOU!!!
