What if you stay over thirty days in Canada,your passport is not stamped anyway, are you required to provide the evidence to prove your absense in US? Is the finger print required at the border this time?
Someone said if you are denied a H4 visa in Canada then you can't come back to US, even you can prove you stayed in Canada for less then 30m days. Is that true?
I have H4 approval notice but no H4 stamp on my passport and went to Toronto in November for three days I came back to US without any problem except I had to turn in the old original I-94.
Can anyone who recently went to Canada shares experience?
