xiaobaibu please confirm 485 without medical exam

My lawyer said it's a long-standing rule that i-485 can be filed without medical exam, but in July I saw some lawyers talked about USCIS did not agree to accept I-485 without medical exam forms. Did you see any issues with it from your experience?

My i-485 without medical exam was mailed out on 7/2, and now I don't know how to attach the medical exam to my file before 8/17. My lawyer doesn't seem to worry about this at all, but I am still very nervous about it.
